These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pactum legal platform. By using the site, submitting a consultation request, or interacting with the AI assistant, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the platform.
The Pactum platform provides online access to legal services, including consultations, document preparation, and legal analysis. The list of available services and their pricing is set out in the relevant sections of the platform and may be updated. We reserve the right to change the range of services with prior notice to users.
Services are provided on the basis of a request: you select a service and leave your contact details (name and phone number), after which our specialist contacts you to clarify details and agree on terms. No account creation is required. You undertake to provide accurate information about yourself and your organization; you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Payment for legal services is made in accordance with the rates specified on the platform, by bank transfer or online payment. A refund is possible if the service was not provided due to the fault of the platform, within 14 calendar days of your request. Detailed refund terms are governed by a separate agreement made available at the time of ordering.
The Pactum platform provides legal advice of an informational nature and is not liable for decisions made on its basis without further verification. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
All materials posted on the Pactum platform, including text, design, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of the company. Copying, distribution, or other use of these materials without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited. Documents prepared in the course of providing services are delivered to the client under a license for internal use.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use, with notice to users at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Notice of changes is sent by email or published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new version of the terms.
