Notarized document translation
Passport, diploma, certificate – translation with the translator’s signature certified. Price calculator, Paynet payment, order status in Telegram.
Document builder
Power of attorney, NDA, service or employment contract – from a form. Pay and the PDF is ready in a minute; only notarization remains, if required.
Deadline autopilot for business
Tax and reporting deadline reminders in Telegram – 3 days ahead and on the day – plus priority consultations.
Partner notary
Translations, powers of attorney and contracts are certified by a partner notary in Tashkent listed in the state register. Pactum prepares the documents and runs the process, but only a notary performs notarial acts – a legal requirement, not our caveat.
Questions about the beta
The services work and are paid at list price, but the formats are new to the market: we refine interfaces, rules and timelines from feedback. If something goes wrong, write to us – we handle it manually and refund if the service was not delivered.
Pactum is not a notary. Certification of the translator’s signature and documents is performed by a partner notary in Tashkent whose state register entry can be checked at e-notarius.uz. We prepare the documents and organize the process.
The platform’s core work is lawyers for companies and individuals: company formation and support, tax, licenses, contracts, disputes. Online services are auxiliary tools for routine tasks where a lawyer is not needed.
