This Privacy Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the Pactum platform is processed and protected. By using our services, you agree to the terms governing the collection and processing of information described in this document. We undertake to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the protection of personal data.
We collect the information you provide when submitting a consultation request, booking a service, or contacting us via chat: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the text of your question. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system is also collected automatically. This information is necessary to deliver quality legal services and improve the platform.
The information collected is used to provide legal services, personalize the user experience, and contact clients on service-related matters. We may use anonymized data for analytics and to improve the quality of our services. We do not share personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over secure communication channels using the TLS protocol. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees who have received appropriate training.
The Pactum platform uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site and to improve the user experience. Cookies help remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and analyze how the platform is used. You can adjust your cookie settings in your browser, but this may affect the functionality of certain sections of the platform.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as its correction or deletion, by contacting our support team. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by sending a corresponding notice. We undertake to review your request within 10 business days of receiving it.
For any questions related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us by email at info@pactum.uz or by phone at +998 99 050 50 70. Our office is located at 7 Abdulla Qodiriy Street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are happy to answer your questions on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The platform features an AI assistant that answers legal questions automatically. The text of your question is processed by artificial intelligence language models, including via third-party technology providers. AI assistant responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute formal legal advice — final consultations are provided by a lawyer. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat (passport details, bank credentials, etc.).
