How it works

Send a scan and pay
A photo of the document goes to Telegram. Payment is by invoice: a lawyer contacts you and sends the payment details; online payment via Paynet is coming soon.
We translate and certify
A certified translator does the translation and the partner notary witnesses the signature. The standard turnaround is 24 hours.
Collect the document
The PDF as soon as it is ready; the original by courier in Tashkent or at the notary's office.
Straight terms
- • The price is fixed when you order and does not change. If the document turns out to be larger, we agree the change with you first.
- • A practising notary certifies it: the translator's signature is witnessed under article 68 of the Law on Notaries. The apostille goes through my.gov.uz officially, in two working days.
- • Changed your mind before the work starts? Message or call us and we will cancel the order, with no paperwork.
- • Documents go only to the translator and the notary. We delete the scans after delivery at your request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Passports, diplomas and transcripts, certificates (birth, marriage), official statements, powers of attorney, corporate charter documents. Not sure? Ask in the chat on the homepage or in Telegram – we reply right away.
The translation is done by a certified translator, and an acting notary certifies the translator’s signature under Art. 68 of the Law “On Notaries”. This form is accepted by state bodies, banks and embassies.
In most cases a clear scan or photo is enough – you send it in Telegram after ordering. If the receiving party requires the translation to be bound to the original or a certified copy, mention it when ordering and we’ll agree on the procedure.
You do not need a bank card: after you place the order, a lawyer contacts you during business hours and sends the payment details. Payment via Paynet in cash or by card at any cashier is coming soon.
Until work has started, the order can be cancelled – message or call us. Once translation is underway, cancellation is no longer available – the work is already being done.
Filing goes officially through my.gov.uz and takes 2 business days. The state fee is set by the state and paid separately from our support service.
