Who we are

A specialised legal practice with clear terms of engagement

Pactum is a law firm based in Tashkent (PACTUM-AI CA LLC). We advise businesses and private clients on company formation and restructuring, tax and licensing, contracts and disputes, trademarks, and employment, immigration and property matters. Every matter is handled by a lawyer who specialises in the relevant area of law.

Terms are agreed before any work begins. A lawyer reviews your situation and documents, and you receive a written proposal setting out the scope of work, timeline and fee. Legal entities are invoiced.

We advise in Russian, Uzbek and English, which suits both local companies and foreign investors. In our publications, our lawyers analyse legislative changes with references to primary sources. The online assistant on the website helps you find the right service, but legal decisions are made only by a lawyer.
