About Pactum

Pactum is a law firm and a platform in Tashkent. A request from the website goes to a lawyer in your practice area, not to a call center: company formation and corporate support, tax and licensing, contracts and disputes, and employment, immigration and property matters for individuals.

We work to one scheme: a free review of the matter, a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline, and an invoice with closing documents for companies. Where a transaction needs certification, we bring in a partner notary listed in the state registry.

The site runs in Russian, Uzbek and English. The blog carries analyses with references to codes and resolutions; the Q&A section carries lawyers’ answers. The AI assistant in the chat picks a service and quotes a price, but does not replace a lawyer.
